TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. General Provisions
1.1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the legal relationship between the owner of the online store www.veesport.ee (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Store”) and the customer.

1.3. When making a purchase from the online store, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to the Terms.
1.4. The Online Store reserves the right to modify the Terms. Changes take effect from the date of publication on the website.
2. Prices and Product Information
2.1. All prices are shown in euros (€).
2.2. Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
2.3. The price of products may include a shipping fee, which is displayed during order placement.
2.4. The Online Store reserves the right to change prices. If a customer placed an order before a price change takes effect, the price at the time of the order will apply.
2.5. Product information is provided as accurately as possible, but product images may be illustrative.
2.6. If a product price is displayed incorrectly in the online store due to a system error, technical fault, or human error at a significantly lower or unrealistic price compared to the market, the Online Store owner is not obliged to sell the product at that price. In such cases, the customer will be notified of the pricing error as soon as possible, and the customer has the right to decide whether to purchase the product at the correct price or cancel the order. If the order is canceled, the amount paid will be refunded to the customer without delay, but no later than 14 days.
3. Placing an Order and Conclusion of the Contract
3.1. To place an order, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart and the order form completed.
3.2. Payment for the order can be made using the payment methods offered in the online store.
3.3. The sales contract is considered concluded from the moment the order confirmation is sent to the customer.
3.4. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered (e.g., due to lack of stock), the customer will be notified as soon as possible, and the amount paid will be refunded no later than 14 days.
4. Delivery
4.1. Goods are delivered within the Republic of Estonia (international delivery can be specified if needed).
4.2. Delivery methods and fees are displayed during the order process.
4.3. The delivery time is generally 2–7 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description.
4.4. The Online Store owner is not responsible for delays caused by the transport service provider or force majeure.
5. Right of Withdrawal
5.1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the receipt of the goods in accordance with the Law of Obligations Act.
5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written statement must be submitted via email.
5.3. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
5.4. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer, except when the reason for the return is defective or incorrect goods.
5.5. The amount paid for the returned goods will be refunded no later than 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal statement.
6. Claims and Warranty
6.1. Products purchased from the online store are covered by a 2-year right to make claims in accordance with applicable legislation.
6.2. In case of a defect, it must be reported via email no later than 2 months from the discovery of the defect.
6.3. The Online Store owner is not responsible for defects caused by improper use of the goods or normal wear and tear.
6.4. The consumer has the right to contact the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority or the Consumer Disputes Committee to resolve a dispute.
7. Liability
7.1. The Online Store owner is liable to the customer only if the damage is caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
7.2. The Online Store owner is not liable for indirect damages.
8. Personal Data Processing
8.1. The conditions for processing personal data are set out in a separate Privacy Policy.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1. The parties will attempt to resolve disputes through negotiation.
9.2. If no agreement is reached, the consumer has the right to go to court or contact a competent dispute resolution authority.
9.3. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
